Where is my data?
On your iPhone. If you turn on iCloud backup (Pro), also in your own iCloud. Nowhere else.
Does it work on Android?
No. Unstung is iPhone only.
Why only four free renewals?
One car (insurance, MOT, tax) plus broadband fills it. Unstung Pro is £9.99 a year for unlimited renewals.
How do I move to a new phone?
Turn on iCloud backup (Pro) before you switch, or use Export in Settings → Your data.
How do I request a renewal type?
Settings → Request a type in the app, or email us.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
